Definitely photoshopped...check it out on www.snopes.com.
Thank goodness, because if it were real it would be dangerous. Thankfully there is fluid, the sac, the uterus, adipose tissue (fat!) and skin. If we could see baby's foot it would mean mom and baby were in danger.
This went all over the internet all this last year.
